Recruitment Process and Operation
When there is a need for new personnel at Private Vera Hospital, we have job postings on our website and career portals. By following these postings, you can learn about job opportunities and apply for open positions. Applications are evaluated and interviewed by the Human Resources Management, and at the end of this interview, candidates deemed suitable are interviewed by the relevant unit managers.

Fee and Additional Opportunities
Fee: Payment is made on a gross wage basis.
Food: We offer free lunch service and dinner for shift workers.
Lodging: Lodging opportunities are provided for our nurses applying from outside Istanbul.
Benefiting from Health Services: Our employees and their first-degree relatives can benefit from our hospital’s health services at a discount.
Leave Opportunities;
14 working days for those with a service period of 1 to 5 years,

20 working days for those with a service period of 6 to 15 years,

Those with more than 16 years of service have the right to take 26 working days of leave.

At Private Vera Hospital, leave rights such as sickness, marriage, death, maternity and breastfeeding leave are also valid.

Working Hours: Working hours in our hospital are between 08.00-18.00. Since Private Vera Hospital is a 24-hour hospital, it also has a shift working system.
Workplace Doctor: In our hospital, there is a doctor who only treats employees’ illnesses and intervenes in case of sudden illnesses.
